A quick 1.5 day escape for your team to Manly


Suggested itinerary 1:


From Sydney CBD, board a ferry from Circular Quay to Manly or book a private charter. On arrival at Manly Wharf, it's a short five minute walk to Manly Pacific, a stunning, refurbished property facing Manly surf beach. The hotel has 213 accommodation rooms and large conference facilities, ideal for 10 - 200 delegates. Once guests have checked in, meet in one of the conference rooms and kick off your morning session. Enjoy morning tea & lunch overlooking beautiful Manly Beach.


Revitalise your delegates with an outdoor team building session. Manly Kayaks operate from Manly Wharf and can tailor an activity to suit your group and budget. Explore the stunning harbour beaches around Manly with an easy paddle with kayaks or stand up paddle board. Organise a picnic to enjoy afternoon tea on one of the harbour beaches such as Store Beach which is only accessible via water. Manly Sailing also offer a variety of Sydney Harbour activities including a regatta style racing experience and water sports.


Return to Manly Pacific later in the afternoon and refresh. Reserve an area at the intriguing Cumberland Manly and discover the hidden wonders of this underground speakeasy bar, accessible via secret fridge door! Enjoy some pre-dinner cocktails (or you can even host a cocktail making class) before heading off for dinner.


There are so many restaurants to choose from in Manly, but one of our favourites is Hugo's Manly, right on Manly Wharf. With stunning sunset views, this is a favourite with the locals! If you are lucky, book some tables on the outdoor terrace or choose a larger area inside the restaurant. Then return to Manly Pacific for restful night's sleep!


For any early risers, choose from a range of activities to start your day refreshed and energised. Yoga By the Sea offer private yoga sessions right on Manly Beach or chat to the team at Anthem Cycle for a more strenuous option!

Enjoy a buffet breakfast at Bistro Manly followed by a morning meeting in one of their conference rooms. Finish off the programme with buffet lunch and guests can return home in the afternoon.


Suggested itinerary 2:


Immerse your team in the heart of Sydney Harbour National Park at Q Station Manly. With no need to go anywhere else, you can stay, dine and enjoy team building activities on site over 1.5 days.


Transport guests via private charter directly to the private wharf at Q Station or guests can self drive and park for free in the Reception carpark. On arrival, guests will be driven to the dedicated meeting space in one of Q Station's shuttle buses. Guests will enjoy the incredible views of Sydney Harbour on the way, as well as the historic site itself, nestled on a hillside in the National Park. You may even spot Billy the echidna on your journey!


Q Station has 105 accommodation rooms and 11 meeting rooms and is suited to smaller groups of 10-80 pax. 9 of the rooms are actually three bedroom cottages, so if your guests can share, this is a great value option.


Kick off your programme with one of the experienced tour guides providing a short but insightful history talk on the location - this can be tailored to suit your schedule. Enjoy a morning meeting surrounded by serene National Park and enjoy a buffet lunch with the group. For your afternoon team building activity, choose from either a water based activity directly from Quarantine Beach with Manly Kayaks or a walking tour such as the Wildlife Explorer Tour . A full history tour is a great way to learn about the history of quarantine in Sydney or should your guests be a little more daring, check out their ghost tours which operate after dark.


After guests have refreshed, enjoy a pre-dinner drink at the outdoor terrace, right next to Quarantine Beach. For dinner, choose to dine on the covered outdoor deck for a group of up to 40 people or book a group table inside the Boilerhouse Kitchen and Bar.

Start day 2 with a yoga session on the beach or a self guided walking tour up to North Head and back and soak in the incredible views. Indulge in a buffet breakfast at Views Restaurant, followed by a morning meeting and finish with lunch.
