WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU SPECIALISE IN?
We specialise in business events.  In 2023, we delivered multiple awards ceremonies for 200-500 pax, an outdoor staff celebration event for 140 pax, a  three day conference in Noosa for 50 pax, a four day conference in Maroochydoore for 300 pax, a cocktail party for 120 pax in Manly and many one off events in between.  

CAN YOU HELP WITH BOTH CORPORATE AND PRIVATE EVENTS?
Whilst we specialise in corporate events, we wouldn't shy away from planning and delivering a fabulous private event.  Reach out to find out how we can help via events@meetinmanly.com.au


WHAT VENUES DO YOU RECOMMEND IN MANLY AND THE NORTHERN BEACHES FOR AN EVENT?
There are some amazing venues in the region and it really depends on the type and duration of the event.  You can check out our suggested venues HERE from the incredible surf clubs, hotels and restaurants available for exclusive use.

DO YOU ASSIST WITH EVENT PLANNING AND LOGISTICS, OR JUST COORDINATION ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?
We are usually involved with complete end to end event management from venue sourcing through to event delivery.  However, we are here to help and can jump in on any part of a client's event journey, depending on our availability.

CAN YOU HELP WITH SOURCING AND COORDINATING VENDORS (CATERING, AUDIO VISUAL ETC)?
YES!  We love finding the right suppliers to suit our clients' events and we are very well connected in the industry which means we can get your budget developed efficiently and accurately.  


DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMISABLE EVENT PACKAGES OR ARE YOUR SERVICES TAILORED TO SPECIFIC NEEDS?
We will provide a quote based on the specific needs of the client.  Send us a brief and we will come back to you with a quote and outline how we can support you.

CAN YOU ASSIST WITH GUEST ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS?
We sure can!  We can recommend the best accommodation suppliers to suit your needs and also source transport options from mini buses, coaches and water taxis/private ferries.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OBTAINING NECESSARY PERMITS FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS?
Yes!   We planned and delivered an outdoor event for 140 people in March 2023 and worked closely with the Northern Beaches Council on permits relating to waste management, risk assessments, lighting and sound etc.
